School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
Our program is specifically designed to support and empower school leavers with disabilities as they embark on their journey towards independence, further education, and employment.
Coordination of Support
Our friendly Support Coordinators are here to assist you in determining your preferred service delivery and selecting the providers you desire. We can guide you in identifying the suitable service providers, establishing the necessary services, and aiding you in budget allocation for each support type, as well as negotiating prices and service agreements.
JOB CLUB
Our Job Club is a supportive and inclusive community where individuals with disabilities can come together to explore career opportunities, develop essential job skills, and connect with employers who embrace diversity.
Customised Employment Support
A transformative and customised program dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities in gaining job-ready skills and finding suitable and sustainable employment.
Activity Hub
Our Activity Hub offer participants access to technology and activities that will help them connect with various participants where they can do group activities together. It is a fully accessible space for community engagement activities with peer support and social interactions.
