The Darwin Skills Development Scheme (DSDS) is a non-profit community-based organization located in Darwin, Australia, with a history dating back to 1983. Throughout our journey, we have continually adapted to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Our overarching vision is to empower individuals to lead lives that are fulfilling, safe, and valued. To achieve this, we actively identify and address barriers that impede personal growth. We design and implement programs that have a positive impact on individual capacity, all while advocating for the removal of systemic obstacles to community participation.

Collaboration lies at the heart of our efforts, as we believe that working in conjunction with stakeholders allows us to achieve more.
